Hotel guests checking into the hotel at Cavallo Point: The Lodge at the Golden Gate. In the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge and adjacent to the Marin Headlands with its nature trails and sweeping views of San Francisco is Cavallo Point, a new luxury resort overlooking San Francisco Bay. Twenty-four historical buildings constituting Fort Baker army/military complex, built at the turn of the 19th century in the Colonial Revival style, have been renovated into a restaurant, meeting spaces, luxury spa, and comfortable accommodations.
